A: Yes.
Q: Do you pro-rate my first month if I am starting after the first of the month?
A: Yes.
Q: I work flex-hours at work or part-time. Do you have special rates available?
A: No, the contract rates are the same for full-time or part-time parkers.
Q: Are there any No-Park days due to events for contract parkers?
A: No. You would be notified ahead of time if there was a circumstance where your facility would be closed. Alternative parking arrangements would be provided. Monday-Friday daytime is always available.
Q: How much notice do I need to give to begin my contract?
A: We ask for 5 business days since we need to mail the hangtag/access card.

Q: What happens if I lose my hangtag/access card?
A: We will provide a new hangtag/access card. You will be charged another $20 deposit fee.
Q: I used the pay machine at the facility and my statement shows multiple pending transactions on it. Why?
A: If you try to use your card to process the payment multiple times, it will appear on your bank statement as pending transactions. The only debit that should go through is the one that validated your parking ticket. The pending transactions should disappear from your statement within a day or two.
Q: I was overcharged/double charged at a pay machine. What do I do?
A: Fax your bank statement (black out transactions that are not Premier Parking) showing the multiple charges along with your name and phone number to 612-375-0013. A representative will contact you.
Q: I was on leave for a month and still paid for parking. Can I be reimbursed since I did not use the parking?
A: No.
Q: I parked in one of your facilities and my vehicle was broken into/damaged. What can I do?
A: Premier Parking is not responsible for damage to or loss of your vehicle or contents. It is just like parking on the street.
Q: I park at the Holiday Inn ramp. Are the reserved parking spots for monthly parkers?
A: No. You should park in regular non-posted parking spots.
Q: I parked in the Armory garage for a Twins game, came back a couple hours later and the doors were locked. Why?
A: The Armory garage closes 1 hour after games end. There are signs posted throughout the garage.
Q: Do I need to display my parking ticket in my vehicle after I pay?
A: Yes, it must be displayed in your window or on your dashboard. You may receive a parking ticket if you do not have it displayed.
Q: I paid for parking at the machine, and then found that there were no parking spots open. Can I get reimbursed?
A: No.
